Safe and Resilient Adolescents and Youth (SRAY) Project’s main goal is enhancing the well-being of children, adolescents, and youth in the community. It primarily focuses on empowering adolescents, youth, and their caregivers through targeted interventions and capacity-building initiatives.
Through various training activities and skill-building programs, SRAY has effectively narrowed the employment gap among youths in the area. Over a three-month period, comprehensive skilling programs have transformed numerous young individuals into both employees and aspiring entrepreneurs across various sectors.
By providing essential support services such as Community Managed Savings Group (CMSG) trainings, savings and loan management, and skills training in income-generating activities (IGAs) like bookbinding, sanitizer production, and soap making, the project has contributed to tangible improvements in economic resilience and well-being.
