Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) Project

TVET project is a 5-year training program designed to empower out-of-school youth aged between 20-30-years old to enter the formal economy and improve their livelihoods. The program offers training in different fields such as bakery, welding, art and craft, and salon services, among others.

The project has provided a second chance to education for numerous dropout youth, equipping them not only with life skills but also promoting healthy lifestyles. Many young girls who were at risk of early marriages or pregnancies found an alternative path through skills training. Additionally, students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who were forced to drop out due to financial constraints or the closure of schools during the pandemic have found hope and opportunity through the project.
